Product Description
This Consumables Kit is ideal for contractors who have previously purchased the Polyurethane Foam Foundation Crack Repair Kit 30 ft. w/ Epoxy Paste Surface Sealer Kit and are in need of refilling materials quickly and easily. The Consumables Kit includes all of the components from the original 30 ft. kit except the dual manual dispensing gun and reusable tool box. The kit includes our CR301 Injection Foam, CR302 Epoxy Paste, and all necessary components to repair up to an additional approximately 30 feet of cracks.

The CR301 Injection Foam is a hydrophobic polyurethane liquid which is designed to stop water infiltration or exfiltration. When the Injection Foam meets water, it reacts with it and then repels any excess water forming a closed cell foam barrier which will not allow water to pass through it. It adheres tenaciously to practically all substrates, wet or dry. Its low viscosity makes it ideal even for repairing hairline cracks. It sets rapidly and expands up to 20 times its original volume to ensure even large cracks or voids are repaired. When cured, it maintains its cured volume with minimal shrinkage and its flexible nature allows it to expand and contract with foundation movement. The CR301 Injection Foam is designed to be used when greater than 20% movement (expansion and contraction) of the substrate is anticipated or where an epoxy repair product is not considered necessary.

The CR302 is a high modulus thixotropic epoxy paste designed to seal cracks and adhere surface ports prior to the injection of our CR301 Injection Foam crack repair product. CR302 will cure in the presence of moisture although application onto wet surfaces is not recommended. It is ideal for do-it-yourselfers and inexperienced applicators or contractors due to its extended working time of 6-7 minutes. Allows for injection within 2-3 hours.

Includes the necessary materials to repair up to approximately 30 feet of cracks up to 3/8" wide:

  • 3 dual cartridges of CR301 Injection Foam
  • 3 dual cartridges of CR302 Epoxy Paste Surface Sealer
  • 6 cartridge cross-over restrictors
  • 1 syringe blow hole repair material
  • 4 1/4" x 24" mixing tubes and 4 retaining nuts
  • 50 surface ports and caps
  • 10 corner ports
  • 4 hose assemblies
  • 1 trowel and 1 wire brush
  • 5 pair of nitrile gloves
  • 1 pair of safety glasses
  • Technical Data Sheet & SDS
  • Written instructions

Recommended Uses
The CR301 Injection Foam is typically used to stop water leaks coming through cracked or honeycombed concrete, voids between walls and floors, walls and ceilings, expansion joints, cold joints and pipe intrusions. It is used to repair concrete walls, ceilings and floors that are leaking. It is not intended for repairing structural cracks in foundations. The CR302 is recommended for use in sealing foundation wall cracks and adhering surface ports prior to the injection of our CR301 Injection Foam crack repair product.

Surface Preparation & Application
Surface must be dry and free of any dirt, dust, or debris prior to application to ensure a superior bond. For some surfaces, it may be necessary to give the surface a profile prior to applying. This can be done by lightly sanding the surface or by profiling with a wire brush. CR302 remains on the surface after application but may be removed with a chisel, sander, or grinder.

Refer to the Technical Data Sheet for instructions prior to use.
